Our Team

The owner and founder of Onyx Signs Inc. Originally from Haute-Aboujagane, New Brunswick, Remi developed a passion for design and creativity early on. He pursued his studies in graphic design at CCNB in Dieppe, where he built the foundation for his career in the sign and design industry.

After gaining several years of hands-on experience working in the industry, Remi decided to follow his entrepreneurial dream and open his own shop. In 2020, he founded Onyx Signs Inc., now proudly based in Cocagne, New Brunswick, where he continues to help businesses stand out with high-quality signage and creative design solutions.

Outside of work, Remi enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, as well as relaxing and making memories with his friends and family.

Administrative Assistant and Accounting Clerk at Onyx Signs Inc. She plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with the company’s accounting. Her organization, attention to detail, and friendly approach help ensure that both the team and clients have a great experience.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time outdoors, and going bass fishing in Miramichi. She also values quality time with her friends and family.

Mathieu is the Signage Installer at Onyx Signs Inc., bringing dedication and hands-on skill to every project. As a long-time friend of Remi since middle school, Mathieu joined the team with a strong work ethic and a passion for working outdoors. He plays a key role in ensuring each sign is installed professionally and safely, helping bring the designs to life for clients.

Outside of work, Mathieu enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during fishing and hunting seasons with his friends. He also loves riding ATV trails and spending time at camp. When he’s not working, Mathieu enjoys exploring back roads in his Jeep and making the most of his time with friends and family.
